After spending six days and nights in the Rio Grande National Forest, we are heading into Taos to restock supplies before heading to El Valle to camp on William de Buys’ farm.
Our time in Rio Grande National Forest was spent exploring and making projects. Some of the projects included walking practices, dam building, participatory performances, photographic studies, wood carving, and video production.
After an initial adjustment period to camp life, we also hiked several thousand feet up to explore the headwaters of the Rio Grande.
|Our camp was visited by free-range ranching cows several times during our stay.|
